Our worship time is especially important as we gather together to honour our God each and every Sunday. The Word says: "...not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. " Heb 10:25.
Our worship time is especially important as we stand before our God singing songs of praises and hymns of adoration. The Word says: "Praise the LORD! I will give thanks to the LORD with my whole heart, in the company of the upright, in the congregation."Psa 111:1
And again: " Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name!"Psa 100:4.
Our worship time is especially important as we sit under the teaching of the Scripture to learn of Him, to behold His glory and Sovereignty. This is where the Holy Spirit speaks into our hearts as we attentively
listen and accept God's authority for our lives. The Word says:" For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart."Heb 4:12.
Then we have a refreshing time of fellowship, with lots of joy, sharing and learning about each other over a cup of coffee and biscuits. This also is an important time on Sundays as we learn to apply what the Words teaches us:"A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another."Joh 13:34
"By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” Joh 13:35
This is why we gather every Sunday.
The Children's Church is equally important for our youngsters. This is where they learn of God, who He is, and how to live their young lives before Him. It is a very interactive time for them, and we have dedicated teachers who are making sure our children grow spiritually healthy.
