Snr Pastor/Elder Rodney Hole

"It was back in 2009, that the Lord called me into full time ministry. I left my job, we sold many of our
possessions and bought one way tickets to Los Angeles. It was there that the Lord used my seminary
experience to further shape and transform me into the image of Christ. Being a father of three kids,
a husband and a pastor has certainly made me acutely aware of my moment by moment need for the Lord and His grace. I wholeheartedly concur with Paul’s words when he states, “when I am weak then I am strong.” It is the Lord’s grace, mercy and provision that enables me to persevere and fulfill His will here at Village Church. My overwhelming desire is to see the saints grow and deepen their relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and for the lost to come to know Him through the preaching of the Gospel."
Elder Warren Dean

"I was raised in the church and came to know the Lord at a young age. However, during my teenage years, I rebelled and pursued the fleeting pleasures of the world. Yet, in His abundant mercy and sovereign grace, God drew me back to Himself. Since that time, He has faithfully continued the work of sanctification, conforming me more into the image of Christ.
In 2009, I married my wife, Sarah, and the Lord has graciously blessed us with three children.
It is a joy and privilege to serve in the Youth Ministry, where I have the opportunity to proclaim Christ, disciple young hearts, and exhort them not to waste their youth chasing the empty desires of this world. Like Christian in Pilgrim's Progress, my prayer is that they would flee the City of Destruction and set their eyes on the Celestial City - living each day in light of eternity, with their hope firmly fixed on Christ."
Elder Andrew Weston
"My story is one of the grace and preservation of God. By His grace I first accepted the Lord at the age of 4 after an aboriginal Sunday school class in Townsville and then with more understanding at the age of 10 in Kerang. To date, by His grace, the Lord had helped me not to stray too far from Him - drawing me back by His mercy and forgiveness. I was blessed to marry Alison Hewes in 1996 and it was through our courtship that I became involved with Village Church. The Lord has granted me a love for His word and the joy of sharing it in children's ministry and also with the adults. We have 6 amazing children which means life can be chaotic at times. We have had our fair share of struggles but the Lord is faithful. I thank Him for the accountability, love and support afforded me by Village Church."
" I charge you in the presence of God and Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by His appearing and His kingdom; preach the Word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke and exhort, with complete patience and teaching." 2Tim 4:1-2 esv
