Sisters in Christ - Held the second Saturday of the month at Village Church - 1.30pm
Sisters in Christ started out a few years ago to fill a very important need at Village Church. Our Lord teaches us to love one another, to look out for one another, to support, encourage and help each other as the need arises.
Sisters in Christ was initiated for just that. Bringing us ladies together where we have the opportunity to bond as sisters since we are all one in the body of Christ. It’s a time to get to know and love each other with the beautiful Agape love our God has provided for us.
In His Word it states “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: Just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another.” John 13:34 esv, also “Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God.” 1John 4:7esv.
Sisters in Christ is that special fellowship time where we can exercise God’s given love.
The need for acceptance, respect, inclusion and upholding each other is very important so that we may grow spiritually mature in our daily walk with Christ. Do not miss out on this great time of fellowshipping
together for our good and His glory!
Articles, presentations and testimonies are regularly featured alongside finger-food and coffee.
