Sisters in Christ - Held the second Saturday of the month at Village Church - 1.30pm

Sisters in Christ began several years ago to meet an important need within Village Church. Scripture calls us to love one another, to care for one another, and to offer support, encouragement, and help whenever the need arises. This ministry was established with that very purpose in mind.

Sisters in Christ provides a dedicated space for women to come together and cultivate genuine, Christ‑centred relationships. As daughters of God and members of one body, we gather to deepen our bonds, grow in unity, and express the beautiful agapē love that God has poured into our hearts. It is a time to truly know, value, and care for one another as sisters in the Lord.

God’s Word reminds us of this calling: “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another.” John 13:34 esv, and,“Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God.” 1 John 4:7 esv

Sisters in Christ is a special fellowship where we intentionally practice this God‑given love. Acceptance, respect, inclusion, and mutual support are essential as we grow toward spiritual maturity in our daily walk with Christ. This gathering is a meaningful opportunity to strengthen our faith, uplift one another, and glorify God together.

Each meeting features articles, presentations, and personal testimonies, accompanied by finger‑food and coffee, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for connection and growth.
